Free Estimates - We would be happy to come to your home and give you an estimate of the cost and time that would be required for us to stage your home.

Consultations - We will do a verbal consultation or create a staging "Home-Work" list for the Home Seller to use to best prepare their own property for showing and sale.  Prices starting at $ 75.

Occupied Staging -   Our staging team will stage the property working  with the  Home Sellers' furniture and accessories to create a warm and inviting property that will attract potential home buyers. 

Accessory Staging -  Includes all the Occupied services plus smaller accessories.   Prices vary based on quantity needed.

Vacant Staging -  Our staging team will furnish and accessorize all rooms requested.
